I really wanted to luv this place but a few things fell short during this meal. Its not cheap to eat here and the cost does not meet the quality I was expecting. RH Rooftop prices but not the same quality and not same ambiance, though it was very pleasant. Started with the lemon chicken rice soup (avgolemono soup) which was really nice. The citrusy tang made this soup very flavorful but I felt it was such a small portion, it should at least be a bowl size. The crispy zucchini & eggplant was a huge disappointment. Not only was it NOT crispy (was soggy) but lacked flavor and overall was overpriced for the ingredients. May have been sitting out too long in the pass because it was very busy for a Thursday night in Oakbrook. Definitely skip this appetizer. They did make it up with really delicious entrees. The deconstructed pastitsio was wonderful. The creamy béchamel sauce over pasta and the soft meat and fatty short rib ragu complimented the dish. The earthy black truffle notes added a punctuation to the meal. Lastly, the grilled lamb chops was very tasty!! Four good sized lollipop chops seasoned with sumac and smoked salt was nicely rubbed into the char. Overall, still had a gratifying experience but the pricing seemed a bit excessive. The service was a bit slow, but staff was cordial and accommodating due to being 2 hours late on the reservation.

Hector and Amani were amazing during our celebration dinner! it was my moms birthday and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and entertained. They turned into an opera while singing happy birthday to my mom and all the food was brought out so fast. 100/10 experience, very good food and service. Hector was always smiling and having a positive attitude, while Amani made sure we always had clean utensils, plates, wiped tables, and enjoying our food. thank you for all the cooks as well for delicious food! coming again soon!

Tried charred octopus which was little bitter may be due to more lemon juice squeezed on it. Also tried calamari which was good. For main course I tried Mediterranean Branzino and it was big fish and portion was very good. Taste was so blend and would expected little more flavor to it.. Bougatsa for dessert presentation was excellent but again taste was ok.. Atmosphere was good and service was ok.. alcoholic drinks get refilled faster than water. I have to request for water couple of times. Overall it was good but worth to experience it.

One of my favorite places of all time and food I can actually eat without histamine! Their portion sizes have changed (smaller) for some meals and that was disappointing, but the quality and service is the same. Thank you for a great celebration, also!

Service was great and all the workers were so kind and attentive, even though they were very busy. Food was incredible....I had the lamb shank and was so thrilled with the meat and the sides. My friends had the lamb gyros and said it was so delicious. I will definitely be going back! Can't wait for more great food!

If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked in, Nelson, our waiter, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was hands-on, attentive, kind, and incredibly professional — the kind of service that genuinely elevates an entire night. Not only was the food absolutely on point, but the service was even better. I had brought in a cake and some decorations for a Bridgerton-themed birthday, and Nelson didn’t just take them — he took them into the kitchen and put everything together beautifully without us even asking. It felt like having a personal event planner at our table! I’m simply amazed and incredibly grateful for how special he and the restaurant made the evening. This wasn’t just a lunch — it was a memory. Thank you, Nelson, and thank you to the whole team. We’ll be back soon — and telling everyone about this gem.

The atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful light show, which provided a lovely backdrop. The cocktails were indeed amazing, offering a delightful range of flavors. We appreciated the attentive service of our waitress throughout the evening. The lamb was cooked to perfection, showcasing the chef's skill. Ultimately, the combination of food, drinks, and service created a memorable experience. The sight of the ceiling with red flowers and green foliage is truly a magnificent display. In the evening this restaurant might not be suitable for children. It's geared towards adults seeking a specific experience. Being in the company of the one you love adds an extra layer of magic to the evening. Hope you enjoy it as well!
